How can I get in contact with you?
Email our customer service team at: info@harpermode.com. We aim to respond as quickly as possible. Please be aware that we do not offer customer service via Instagram or Facebook, so direct any inquiries to our email. Sending multiple emails may cause processing delays. Thank you for your understanding!

Payments

Which payment methods do you offer?
Vogue Essence accepts the following payment methods:

  • PAYPAL – You will be redirected to PayPal to log in or sign up. After selecting your preferred payment method (PayPal credit, direct debit, or credit card) and confirming, we’ll receive a confirmation and ship your items promptly.

  • CREDIT CARD – We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Our payment partner, Stripe, provides a convenient and secure checkout experience. Your credit card will be charged upon order completion.


Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 8-12 business days. Please refer to our shipping page for detailed information.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. See our shipping page for additional information.

Where is my order information?
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order ships. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam folder and add info@harpermode.com to your safe sender list. You can also track your order on our tracking page.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?
For security reasons, we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.

What can Vogue Essence do if my package is lost?
While rare, lost packages can occur. Please contact the carrier for resolution. Vogue Essence is not responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend keeping proof of postage.

Will you refund my delivery charge if I make a return?
We are unable to refund duties, taxes, or shipping fees incurred on your order. Please visit our shipping page for additional details.


Order Information

I’m unsure about the size. Where can I find this information?
For size guidance, please refer to our size chart. For further assistance with fit or measurements, feel free to email our customer service.

Why was my order canceled?
If your order was canceled, please contact our Customer Service team to help resolve any issues.

I changed my mind and want to cancel my order. How do I do that?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled before they ship. Once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.

I ordered the wrong item/size by mistake. Can I edit my order?
Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes. However, contact Customer Service immediately to see if adjustments can still be made.


Order Tracking

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Track your package using the link in your email or by visiting the ‘track your order’ page on our website.

When I track my order, there are no available details.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as we dispatch your parcel. If you don’t see tracking details 72 hours after placing an order, please reach out to Customer Service.


Returns

I’m not happy with my Vogue Essence purchase and want to make a return. How do I do that?
